Creating and Updating Articles with Video Flows
Learn how to use video flows to extract media and update your knowledge base articles.
When your product interface evolves, your documentation must follow suit without friction. Pageloop streamlines this process by allowing you to record a video flow of your product changes. We automatically extract the relevant text and media from your recording, giving you the exact assets you need to create new articles or update existing ones.
Whether you are creating a new article using Flow or finding updates for published content, the extracted video assets are readily available in your editor.
Leverage media from your video flow
After capturing your screen actions, Pageloop populates your workspace with intelligent suggestions and a dedicated media library.
-
Open the editor for your new or updated article. On the right side of the interface, select the Media tab to view all screenshots automatically extracted from your video recording.
-
Switch to the Updates tab to review the specific changes Pageloop recommends based on your recorded actions.
-
To update an outdated image, click on a screenshot suggestion. In the replacement popover, select Media from Flow to instantly swap the old image with the accurate, up-to-date version captured in your video.
-
To provide additional visual context, simply drag and drop images directly from the Media sidebar into the appropriate section of your article.
